The Plaintiff  was a motorcyclist traveling straight on Fish Road in Tiverton, RI when a motor vehicle proceeded through the stop sign on Hooper Street in front of the motorcycle, causing a collision.  In addition to the “road rash” on the plaintiff legs, he also sustained injuries to his head, neck and left knee.  The Plaintiff retained the Law Offices of Brian Cunha & Associates and  settled the case for a favorable amount.
