Our office filed suit and the case settled by the end of the year.\u00a0 The Plaintiff was a bicyclist riding on the bike path in Barrington, RI in August, 2017 when he was struck by a motor vehicle as he was crossing Sowams Road.\u00a0 The Plaintiff sustained injuries to his wrist and hip for which he underwent surgery.
