In late June 2018, the Plaintiff \u00a0was involved in a motor vehicle collision wherein her vehicle was struck on the drivers\u2019 side at an intersection in Fall River, MA.\u00a0 She was extricated from her vehicle and transported to \u00a0St. Anne\u2019s Hospital where she was diagnosed with multiple rib fractures and a presumed aortic injury based on initial CT scan and mechanism of injury.\u00a0 She was transferred to R.I.
